Artist

M.G. Capps is a Los Angeles based artist working primarily with ink on paper. Born in Maricopa County, Arizona, she was immersed early on in a unique red-desert landscape and a family of artists. Capps pursued the sciences and art through college, attending Bennington College in Vermont before transferring to and graduating with honors from ArtCenter College of Design in 2020. She currently works from her airy backyard studio surrounded by olive trees, cacti, and feral green parrots.
